Shipping Process
SunnyBrook uses various shipping companies to provide the best possible rates. Smaller items are typically
shipped through UPS or FedEx. Larger sized orders are likely to ship via frieght carrier.
Although most items ship quicker, please allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping prices are viewable before submitting payments through our cart or by calling us. To view the shipping prices, sign up for an account
and when adding products to your cart it will show the shipping cost during checkout. Shipping prices are based on the address provided in your
account. However, if you are sending the item to a different address that was setup in the account, cost will likely differ.
Payment Process
There are several ways that you can pay for your order. By credit card, you can choose to call us directly and pay by phone or use Pay Pal.
All custom orders such as when you use our finishing service requires 50 percent down. The remaining is 50 percent is to be paid prior to
shipping the item(s).
If in the rare case an item is out of stock, you will have the option of a full refund or to wait for the product restocking.
Factory Warranty
If a part breaks during assembly it will be replaced at no charge to you.
Return Policy
Check all merchandise for shipping damage immediately.
Items will only be accepted back in original condition and in the original packaging.
No Exceptions! All returns must first be authorized with SunnyBrook.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on ALL returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
